0-5 Floors
For buildings of five stories or less we predominantly use our Water-Fed Pole technology. This allows our operators to work safely from the ground. Traditional methods using ladders can only legally (and with inherent risks) go up to three stories. This means that either expensive lifting equipment, or inappropriate abseiling techniques need to be employed.
The real benefit of using Water-Fed Pole technology is its speed of execution, as shown below:

Not only is the speed increased, but the quality of finish is also enhanced- most traditional window cleaners avoid frames and sills, the pure water system cleans the whole surface including all frames and sills, as well as removing cob-webs around windows.
In the UK and US, where the technology has been available for over 10 years, the majority of commercial buildings are now cleaned in this fashion.
5-25 Floors
For buildings in the five to twenty-five story range we will establish the most efficient technique, or group of techniques to provide the most cost effective solution for your particular building. In addition to just cleaning glass, we can give your whole building a wash leading to significantly improved overall appearance.
Where as most window cleaners will use abseiling for buildings of this size, we can combine use of our water-fed pole technology on lower parts of the structure with abseiling on higher non-accessible areas: this leads to a significant overall saving.
In cases where a building maintenance unit is available we will incorporate this into the overall plan.
we can significantly reduce the number of anchor points required on many buildings due to our different access possibilities.

When cleaning the external glass and facade of larger buildings, generally speaking Building Maintenance units (BMU) will be used. All our rope access specialists are also trained in the usage of BMUs. Each BMU has its own characteristics and methods of operation. If we are dealing with a an unfamiliar BMU it is usual for the maintenance or installation firm of the BMU to provide appropriate inductions as to the safe working of the unit.
We also have the ability to clean 25+ story buildings using abseiling techniques if a BMU is not available. Please remember on larger buildings we are limited by the unique climate that Sydney attracts, and any work will be dependent on daily shift of weather patterns. We always abide by maximum wind speeds applicable to the service offered.

Using our Water-Fed Pole technology we have managed to slash the price of cleaning signs and Banners up to 20m in height. Above this height will combine WFP with traditional lifting techniques again significantly reducing costs.
We also erect new signage and carry our regular maintenance and repair programs.
Initial/ Builders Cleans
We offer the construction industry the full range of initial glass cleaning services. We have experience in all types of buildings from multi dwelling residential up to high rise commercial. Services include removal of:
